Circumstances: Richard "Rick" Hills` vehicle, a Red 1998 Dodge pick-up was found abandoned in a ditch near Kenai Keys road in Sterling, AK during the morning of 2-26-04.

Hills had been returning from a trip to Anchorage. Searches of the area have produced no clues to his whereabouts. Friends and family have not heard from him since prior to his departure from Anchorage.
